Description
When a number of pendulums are mounted on a common beam and having different length, their time period are different. If we give small displacement to all the pendulums at one time and allow them to oscillate, the collective motion is very fascinating to watch. Initially they all start in a line but soon phase difference appear like motion starts and soon becomes chaotic and may become coherent a few of them.
