Oil Impregnation Machine
  • Impregnation Chamber

  • Oil Storage & Heating Tank

  • Vacuum Pump Assembly

  • Hydraulic or Pneumatic Pressure System

  • Control Panel

  • Oil Filtration & Recirculation Unit

An Oil Impregnation Machine is designed to impregnate (soak or saturate) porous materials such as metal components, ceramic samples, transformer coils, filters, or powder-compacted parts with a specific type of oil, resin, or lubricant under controlled vacuum and pressure conditions. This process enhances mechanical strength, electrical insulation, corrosion resistance, and durability of the material.

Main Components:

Gas Permeability Setup

precision-engineered system designed to measure the permeability and flow characteristics of gases through porous materials, membranes, catalysts, or compacted soil/sand samples.
It provides accurate data on gas diffusion, pressure drop, and flow rate — essential for R&D, material science, and environmental studies.

This setup integrates mechanical compression, controlled gas flow, pressure sensing, and data acquisition into a single modular frame.

Main Components:

  1. Test Chamber (Sample Holder)

  2. Hydraulic Jack Assembly - To apply high pressure on sample

  3. Gas Inlet System - to pass test gas at controlled flow rate.

  4. Mass Flow Controller (MFC) - Precisely controls and measures the gas flow rate entering the test chamber

  5. Vacuum Oven - Removes moisture and air from the sample before testing.
